Sahara Bâ Program 1: When Îrôw Clothed the Naked |
|||
|
We all know that it is a shame to walk around naked. In our
day,
only a mushattin would walk around naked in public. Yet for
some, it
is very hard to find enough clothes that are not worn down and full of
holes, and they worry about losing their clothes. When we
were
young, we depended on our parents to provide us with nice
clothing.
Some of them did a good job of keeping us clothed, some of them did not
do
such a good job. However, as adults, we no longer depend on
our
parents to clothe us. So we make an extra effort to be sure
that we
are not found naked someday, but to be clean and wearing the nicest
clothes we can find.
Here is a story from Îrôw’s Book about our ancestors, and how God found clothes for them to wear. For more information, read the first Book of the Tawrât, Genesis chapter 2 and 3, in the Book of Îrôw |
