Sahara Bâ Program 26:

Sight for a Blind Man

Is there anyone who lives in your home or neighborhood that is blind?  When we are blind, we cannot see anything, or sometimes we can only see a light when it is very bright.  Instead of depending on our sight, we depend more on what we hear, so a blind person is able to discern things that others cannot, merely from the sounds around them.  Some blind people can know exactly who is coming into their concession by the sound of the person’s feet walking on the ground.

In our country, there is very little work that a blind person can do.  It is difficult to cook, it is difficult to find our way around.  Most blind persons here will resort to begging to live.

If you who are blind are listening to this program today, what would you like most of in life?  What if someone offered you a chance to see?  How would that change your life?

Here is a story from Irôw’s Book the Injîl about a person just like us, who found healing from his blindness through Issa Al-Masîh.

For more information, read Injil Yuhanna (John) chapter 9 in the Book of Îrôw.
