Sahara Bâ Program 27: Living Water for a Thirsty Woman and her People |
|||
|
Long ago in the land where Issa lived there were people with no nation.
A long time ago before, their ancestors had married foreign wives, so they
were no longer seen as pure people of the Jewish race. Now, these
people with no nation lived mostly in a certain part of the country.
The Jews said that they were dirty people, and they refused to be touched
by them or to eat or drink with them. But Jesus refused to follow
such traditions.
Have you ever heard about “living water” that satisfies your soul?
In this story from Irôw’s Book the Injîl, Issa offers living water to
a thirsty woman and her people. For more information,
read Injil
Yuhanna (John) 4:4-42
