Sahara Bâ Program 28: Compassion for the Hungry |
|||
|
Whenever we are hungry, there is usually an urgency to find food to fill
our stomach. Sometimes we are able to find our favorite food, and
this makes us very happy. However, we are not always able to eat
what we enjoy the most, but if we are hungry, even food we normally would
refuse to eat can taste much better than a great feast.
In the refugee camps in our land, it takes a huge number of people and
finances to feed everyone to their satisfaction. Even with all these
resources, there have been so many times when you refugees have not been
able to eat all you wanted. And yet, one day long ago there was a
person who had twelve helpers, and they fed over fifteen thousand people
with the lunch of one young boy. And everyone there was satisfied!
